Industry Standard Practice definition

Industry Standard Practice has the meaning, for Energy Efficiency Projects only, set forth in the Energy Efficiency Industry Standards Practice Guidance document published by the CPUC.
Industry Standard Practice means the standard of experience, skill and care to which SCCL can be reasonably expected to operate and manage the Leisure Facility when compared against similar operators and managers of similar Services;
