Influencer Content definition

Influencer Content means all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).
Influencer Content means video or audiovisual content, footage, photographs, text, graphics, artwork, animation or other content or materials developed by or on behalf of the Influencer in connection with the Campaign, including any content posted to a Content Platform that includes @HotelTonight or other tags provided by Brand and any content posted to Content Platforms that includes @HotelTonight or other tags provided by Brand, and all text, files, images, graphics, illustrations, information, data, audio, video, photographs and other content created or provided by Influencer pursuant to Program Details (as defined below).
Influencer Content shall refer to any content created by, on behalf of, or published by the Influencer on the Influencer Owned Social Media Channels pursuant to this Agreement (“Influencer Content”). Each post of Influencer Content on the Influencer Social Channels shall be referred to as “Social Media Posts” (each a “Social Media Post”). For each Social Media Post, Influencer will provide Agency a description of the intended contents of the Social Media Post (“Creative Concept”). Upon Agency’s and Client’s approval of the Creative Concept, Influencer will provide a draft/rough cut of such Social Media Post for Agency’s and Client’s review. If Agency or Client provides Influencer with feedback, Influencer will provide updated Social Media Posts within 2 business days. Influencer will post each Social Media Post within 24 hours of receiving final written approval unless Agency or Client has provided a different schedule. Once posted, Influencer shall not remove the Social Media Posts for a minimum of 12 months from the date of posting unless directed to do so by Agency or Client.

Examples of Influencer Content in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Program Details, Influencer shall maintain the Influencer Content as originally posted pursuant to the Program Details for at least twelve (12) months from the date that it becomes publicly available, except in the event that the Brand instructs Influencer to remove such Influencer Content prior to the end of such period.

  • Influencer may embed a hyperlink in the Influencer Content that links to the specific webpage where the third party content is located.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Program Details, promptly upon request by Brand, Influencer shall provide to Brand a high-resolution image of the Influencer Content that is posted or created in connection with this Agreement at no additional cost to the brand.

  • In addition, Influencer acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxx may disclose to any third party all information about Influencer and that Influencer may provide with respect to Influencer Content or a Submission.

  • All portions of Influencer Content must be the original creative work of the Influencer or the Influencer must be the sole owner of the Influencer Content pursuant to the Influencer Agreement.

  • Influencer Content will not violate any third party privacy right, right of publicity, or any other IPR.

  • If Brand requests that Influencer modify any use of the Marks or remove the Marks from any Influencer Content, Influencer will promptly (no more than one (1) business day) make such modifications or remove such Marks, as requested.

  • Influencer Content will not be intentionally misleading, deceptive, untrue, or fraudulent.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Program Details, Influencer hereby grants Brand a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license to copy, display, distribute, broadcast, publish, post, stream, create derivative works of or from, edit, sublicense, and otherwise use and exploit the Influencer Content in any channel, social media platform or other medium now existing or hereinafter developed for any purpose.

  • Influencer Content will be true and accurate to the best of the Influencer’s knowledge and will not hold out opinion as fact.

Related to Influencer Content

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Information), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle-provided Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Volunteer firefighter means a firefighter whose position normally requires less than 600

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Inside Information means any information relating to any Competition or Event that a Participant possesses by virtue of his position within the sport. Such information includes, but is not limited to, factual information regarding the competitors, the conditions, tactical considerations or any other aspect of the Competition or Event, but does not include such information that is already published or a matter of public record, readily acquired by an interested member of the public or disclosed according to the rules and regulations governing the relevant Competition or Event;

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.
