Informal dispute resolution process definition
Informal dispute resolution process means any confidential process through which a staff member seeks advice on, or attempts to settle or resolve, a dispute, including without prejudice settlement discussions, mediation, discussions with the EBRD Ombudsman or discussions with the EBRD Staff Legal Adviser but excluding any other proceedings under the Dispute Resolution Procedures.
Informal dispute resolution process means the process described in section 22115.
