Informal Process definition

Informal Process means the request for Bid may or may not be published and received on prescribed forms, by a predetermined time. Depending on the purchase value, Bids may be received electronically, verbally or in written formats.

Examples of Informal Process in a sentence

  • If an Employee is unable to get his concern resolved through the Informal Process, he may request a Formal Hearing by filing an Issue Resolution Form within three (3) business days following completion of the Informal Process.

The immediate supervisor shall have 10 working days to respond. The response shall be in writing.   • Informal proceedings means proceedings for probate of a will or appointment of a personal representative conducted by the probate register without notice to interested persons.
