Informal Process definition

Informal Process means the request for Bid may or may not be published and received on prescribed forms, by a predetermined time. Depending on the purchase value, Bids may be received electronically, verbally or in written formats.
Informal Process nothing contained herein shall prevent an employee from discussing a po- tential grievance with his/her supervisor and having the matter remedied in an informal pro- cedure provided that the remedy is consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • If an Employee is unable to get his concern resolved through the Informal Process, he may request a Formal Hearing by filing an Issue Resolution Form within three (3) business days following completion of the Informal Process.

More Definitions of Informal Process

Informal Process. An effort shall first be made to adjust an alleged grievance informally between the employee and the immediate supervisor within 10 working days of the incident that gave rise to the dispute or disagreement. The immediate supervisor shall have 10 working days to respond. The response shall be in writing.   • Informal proceedings means proceedings for probate of a will or appointment of a personal representative conducted by the probate register without notice to interested persons.
