Information Memoranda definition

Information Memoranda means the Initial Information Memorandum and the Subsequent Information Memorandum.
Information Memoranda means the information memoranda relating to the Group dated 8 October 2017 (with respect to EMEA) and 22 August 2017 (with respect to APAC) provided to the Purchaser;
Information Memoranda means the information memorandum so entitled dated April 1998 prepared by the Arranger at the Company's request and on its behalf in connection with this Agreement as supplemented by all relevant information contained in the Senior Notes' Offering Memoranda dated April 1998 and May 1998 respectively.

More Definitions of Information Memoranda

Information Memoranda means the Information Memorandum of Health Care Horizons, Inc., dated December 2003, and the Health Care Horizons Business Plan, dated August 2002, each as provided by the Company to Acquiror.
Information Memoranda means documents which have been or are to be distributed to Banks or prospective Banks by any of the Arrangers in connection with the sub-underwriting or general syndication of the Facilities or any Tranche or the transaction contemplated by the Supplemental Agreement;

Information Memoranda means the information memoranda provided by Credit Suisse to the Purchaser or its Affiliates in respect of the DivestCo Business, each dated 23 January 2020 and contained in folder 1.2.1 of the Data Room;
