Information Platform definition

Information Platform as defined in Section 5.1(k).
Information Platform means the information platform established in accordance with section 37;
Information Platform. The cross-thematic theme under GeoERA, which integrates ICT-related issues, including database and dissemination, for the three other themes (i.e. Groundwater, Geo-Energy and Raw Materials).

  • Neither the grant of the Subscription hereunder nor the execution of this Agreement shall be construed as a grant, express or implied, of transfer, assignment or right to license, sub-license of any right or interest in or to the Confidential Information, Platform or any product, feature and/or service offerings of Platform and/or the Intellectual Property Rights therein.
