Examples of Information Reporting in a sentence

  • In the event that any withholding tax or deduction for tax is imposed on payments on or in respect of the Notes (as a result of any Information Reporting Regime or otherwise), the Noteholders will not be entitled to receive grossed-up amounts to compensate for such withholding tax nor be reimbursed for the amount of any shortfall.

  • Consumer reporting agency means any person which, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages, in whole or in part, in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, and which uses any means or facility for the purpose of preparing or furnishing consumer reports.

  • Privacy Statement means any and all of the Company's privacy policies published on its web site or otherwise provided to users of the Company's products and services or the Company's data subjects regarding the collection, use and distribution of personal information from visitors to its web site, consumers of its products and services and/or the Company's data subjects, as applicable;

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Reporting means submission of claims data and data fields of information of a report.
