Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.
Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:
Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM.
Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).
Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
Records management means the systematic control of all records from creation or receipt through processing, distribution, maintenance and retrieval, to their ultimate disposition.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Human Resources means the District Office of Human Resources located in the District Office Building on the Foothill Campus.

Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.
Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;
Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.
information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;
Pharmacy benefits management means the administration or management of prescription drug
Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.
