Information Services Providers definition

Information Services Providers or “ISPs” are providers of Information Services.
Information Services Providers means, collectively with respect to Index Data, the relevant Data Suppliers and the third parties that provided such data to the relevant Data Suppliers. Where applicable, the Information Services Providers are identified within the Mercer Products.

  • You consent to us providing information about you (or, where applicable, your principal or principals) and transactions executed with or for you (or, where applicable, your principal or principals) to Data Information Services Providers, Exchanges and competent authorities in the course of submitting transaction reports in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Xxxxxx’x Data Suppliers and Information Services Providers shall retain the exclusive and sole ownership of their respective Confidential Information and all related intellectual property rights thereto, and are also protected under applicable database protection laws.

  • Therefore, Subscriber agrees that Mercer, Data Suppliers, and Information Services Providers shall be entitled to an injunction or any appropriate decree of specific performance for any actual or threatened breaches by Subscriber, Licensee and/or Permitted Users without the necessity of showing actual damages or that monetary damages would not afford an adequate remedy and without any requirement to post bond or any other security.

  • You consent to us disclosing to third party Data Information Services Providers and making public relevant details of quotes provided to you and transactions executed for you (or where applicable your principal or principals) in accordance with Applicable Law.

Related to Information Services Providers

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Transition Services Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
