Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.
Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).
Supplied means paid for, furnished, or provided by or under the control of, the owner or operator.
Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Application Supported by Blocked Amount means an application, whether physical or electronic, by a Bidder (other than Anchor Investors) to make a Bid and authorising the relevant SCSB to block the Bid Amount in the relevant ASBA Account and will include amounts blocked by SCSBs upon acceptance of UPI Mandate Request made by the UPI Bidders;
Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March, 2011 relating to the Borrower and the Transactions.
construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;
Fault means a default, breach, or wrongful act or omission.
Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.
information document means the document set out in Annex I or Annex III, or in the corresponding Annex to a separate directive, or regulation, that prescribes the information to be supplied by an applicant, it being permissible to supply the information document in the form of an electronic file;
Criminal history record information means records and data collected by criminal justice agencies
Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.
Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means
Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;
Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.
Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.
Related Parties means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, trustees, administrators, managers, advisors and representatives of such Person and of such Person’s Affiliates.
Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).
Warranty means any one of them.
Confidential Information Memorandum means the Confidential Information Memorandum of the Borrower dated March, 2004, delivered to the Lenders in connection with this Agreement.
Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.
Disclosure Order has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7.
Requested Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
