Series 85-B under the Power Transfer Facilities Agreement, such as the 66 KV power transfer line and the equipment interconnecting such 66 KV power transfer line to the power grid owned by SCE proximate to the Operating Site.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;
