Infrastructure Development Charges definition

Infrastructure Development Charges means charges payable by the Purchaser towards the Common Areas and Amenities to be provided by the Promoter as set out in SIXTH SCHEDULE and infrastructural facilities mentioned in clause 9.1 herein below.
Infrastructure Development Charges means the sum to be calculated at the rate of Rs. 220/- per square feet of carpet area of the said Apartment Unit plus applicable GST thereon or such other sum that may be determined by the Promoter from time to time payable by the Allottee as his agreed contribution towards the costs, charges and expenses for installation of diesel generator set and setting up of transformer/ substation which has been included in the Total Price/Agreed Consideration mentioned in Schedule C;
Infrastructure Development Charges means amounts paid or payable by the Company or Confirming Party to DGTCP under the head “IDW” or “Internal Development Works”, whether in lumpsum or installments (as per policy), including any revision thereof even if retrospective in effect and all costs and interest on such amounts till the date of demand to the Allottee at the rate mentioned in the LoI issued by DGTCP for the Land.

Examples of Infrastructure Development Charges in a sentence

  • Each Apartment Owner has to bear and pay Infrastructure Development Charges for the development of infrastructure facilities within Joyville Phase 1B as well as for the common areas and facilities pertaining to the entire Project, more particularly for the development of roads, within the township and/or common area and facilities.
