Infrastructure Land definition

Infrastructure Land means the parcel of land on which the Infrastructure improvements shall be constructed, which parcel is described on Exhibit F attached hereto.
Infrastructure Land means the parts of the Property which are required to undertake Infrastructure Works;
Infrastructure Land means an approximately thirty (30) acre parcel of the Land on which the Infrastructure improvements shall be constructed, which parcel is described on Exhibit F attached hereto.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.
