Infrastructure Limitation definition

Infrastructure Limitation means an occurrence w here a Customer’s DDoS Event (a) cannot be mitigated by the DDoS Mitigation Service; or (b) may impact the operational stability of VM or other VM customers;

Examples of Infrastructure Limitation in a sentence

  • Once VM determines, in its sole discretion, that the Infrastructure Limitation has abated, then VM shall re-commence performance of its obligations under the Agreement for the Provision of Services.
