Infrastructure Plans definition

Infrastructure Plans means the plan depicting the infrastructure, security, fibre to be installed on the Development, attached as Appendix 3 hereto;
Infrastructure Plans means those certain engineered drawings, plans, and specifications for the Public Infrastructure to be prepared by Developer and Developer’s consultants in accordance with Legal Requirements, this Agreement and the Site Improvement Performance Agreement, and as approved by the City and the Authority.
Infrastructure Plans means the plans and specifications for the Infrastructure Improvements described on Exhibit C and including but not limited to the Public Road Improvements, as the same are amended, modified and supplemented, from time to time, with the prior written approval of the City Planner.

Examples of Infrastructure Plans in a sentence

  • Review of District Infrastructure Plans by design professionals, under the supervision of a California registered engineer, to bring the Plans up to date with County Property Permits for encroachments, improvements, or other revisions that need to be reflected on said Plans.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Code to the contrary, the Preliminary Plat for the Property, together with the Preliminary Drainage Plans and the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans shall be submitted at the same time to the City and together shall be deemed to serve as the Preliminary Plat.

  • The Preliminary Drainage Plans and the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans will be used to develop the Public Improvement Construction Plans.

  • Final Drainage and Infrastructure Plans shall be submitted as the “Public Improvement Construction Plans” concurrently with the final plat for the Property.

  • The water line within the Wagon Wheel Improvements (as shown on the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans) will be dedicated to the City via an easement upon completion of construction of said water line.

  • DHHL will construct and complete, on or prior to and as a condition of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, all Project utility lines as shown on the Infrastructure Plans, including laterals to the Project Houses site boundaries as shown on the Project Map.

  • DHHL will obtain and provide to Developer, on or prior to and as a condition of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, a survey and a licensed surveyor's certificate showing the Land and the dimensions and area thereof, together with the dimensions and locations of any and all improvements constructed in accordance with the Infrastructure Plans, including but not limited to improvements, utilities, parking areas, easements, roadways, and the distances to and names of each nearest intersecting street.

  • City shall then have ten (10) business days to review the Proposed Infrastructure Plans and respond to Developer with any questions, suggestions, and/or changes.

  • City’s performance of the Work shall commence upon completion and approval of the Final Infrastructure Plans, as approved by the City.

Related to Infrastructure Plans

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure costs means such costs as are reasonably incurred for the acquisition and construction of infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.
