ING Financing Agreement means that certain Secured Loan Agreement dated as of December 30, 1994 between Lessee, Atlas One and Internationale Nederlanden Aviation Lease B.V., as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto and as further amended, restated, supplemented and otherwise modified from time to time.
