Ingoing Direct Budget definition
Ingoing Direct Budget of the Picture shall be defined as the direct cash budget of the Picture approved by Company on the date that Company elects to proceed to Production of the Picture, exclusive of completion bond fees, bank fees, interest, financing costs, contingency, budgeted residuals, overhead charges, insurance and all sums paid or payable to Writer in connection with the Picture.
