Initial 2020 Notes definition

Initial 2020 Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

Initial 2020 Notes means the $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 7.875% Senior Notes due July 15, 2020 of the Company issued pursuant to this Indenture.

Initial 2020 Notes means the first $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2020 Notes issued under this Supplemental Indenture on the date hereof.

Examples of Initial 2020 Notes in a sentence

• The Company is issuing the Initial 2020 Notes in an aggregate original principal amount of $1,250,000,000.

• The Initial 2020 Notes and the Trustee’s certificate of authentication relating thereto shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, provided , that any Initial 2020 Notes issued in a public offering shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.

• Platforms, stages, and live amplified music are not allowed in the tailgate area.

• The aggregate principal amount of the 2020 Notes (the “ Initial 2020 Notes”) and the 2025 Notes (the “Initial 2025 Notes” and, together with the Initial 2020 Notes, the “Initial Notes”) that may be initially authenticated and delivered under the Indenture shall be $450,000,000 and $300,000,000, respectively.

More Definitions of Initial 2020 Notes

Initial 2020 Notes means the $350.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 3.500% Senior Notes due 2020 issued under this Indenture on the date hereof that contain the restrictive legend on Exhibit A-1 .

Initial 2020 Notes means, collectively, (i) the 2.950% Senior Notes due 2020 of the Company issued on the Issue Date and (ii) any other 2.950% Senior Notes due 2020 that are issued under this Indenture, subsequent to the Issue Date, pursuant to Section 2.2, for so long as each such securities constitute Restricted Securities.

Initial 2020 Notes means the 5.250% Senior Notes due 2020 issued by the Issuer on the Issue Date, any guarantees thereof, any exchange notes in respect thereof, and any guarantees of any such exchange notes.

Initial 2020 Notes means $350,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 2020 Notes issued under this Indenture on the date hereof.

Initial 2020 Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Initial 2020 Notes means the $1.3 billion in aggregate principal amount of the Issuers’ 5.200% Senior Notes due 2020 issued under this Indenture on the Issue Date.

Initial 2020 Notes means the $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2020 Notes issued on the date hereof.
