Initial Allotment definition

Initial Allotment means the total value of food stamp coupons a household is authorized to receive from the month of application up to the month the branch authorizes the benefits.
Initial Allotment shall have the meaning given to it at clause 6.1(a).
Initial Allotment has the meaning attributed to it in Section 4.1(a) or Section 4.2(a), as the case may be.

  • Over-Allotment Units means the additional number of Private Units the Sponsor will be required to purchase in the event that the underwriters in the Company’s initial public offering exercise their over-allotment option, as described in the prospectus relating to the Company’s initial public offering.
