Initial APOD definition
Initial APOD has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(v).
Initial APOD means the APOD submitted to and approved by the Lead Lender on or before the Effective Date.
Initial APOD means the first APOD approved by the Administrative Agent following Closing.
