In order to ensure that the interest of Municipal Members in each area of the County are represented on the Board, upon the conclusion of the term of the Initial Board Members (defined below), one Board Member shall be selected from a Municipal Member located in each of the five Municipal Representative Districts recognized by the BMPO (the “Regions”), a schedule of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
