Initial Bond definition

Initial Bond means any Bond issued on the First Issue Date. “Initial Bond Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1.
Initial Bond means the initial Bond registered by the Comptroller and subsequently canceled and replaced by a definitive Bond pursuant to this Indenture.
Initial Bond means the Bond authorized, issued, and initially delivered as provided in Section 3 of this Bond Order.

  • The Bonds shall be in fully registered form, without coupons, and shall be numbered separately from R-1 upward, except the Initial Bond, which shall be numbered T-1.

  • Upon payment for the Initial Bond, the Paying Agent/Registrar shall cancel the Initial Bond and deliver to DTC on behalf of the Underwriter registered definitive Bonds as described in Section 3.9(a).


More Definitions of Initial Bond

Initial Bond means the Bond authorized, issued, and initially delivered as provided in Sections 3.02 and 3.10 of this Bond Order.
