Initial Bond Issue definition

Initial Bond Issue means the issuance of the Initial Bonds. "Initial Bonds" means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • The Initial Bond Issue and Maximum Issue Amount will be specified in the applicable Final Terms.If Maximum Issue Amount is applicable the Issuer may subsequently issue Additional Bonds on one or more occasions (each a “Tap Issue”) until the Nominal Amount of all Additional Bonds plus the Initial Bond Issue equals in aggregate the Maximum Issue Amount.
