Initial Cap Agreement. The Interest Rate Cap Agreement dated as of November 26, 2003, entered into between the Trustee on behalf of the Trust Fund (for the benefit of Certificateholders) and the Initial Cap Provider, which agreement provides for the monthly payment, commencing in December 2003 and terminating in November 2005, by the Initial Cap Provider specified therein, but subject to the conditions set forth therein, together with the confirmation and schedules relating thereto, in the form of Exhibit O-1 hereto.
