Initial Capital Contribution Date definition

Initial Capital Contribution Date means May 11, 2005.

Initial Capital Contribution Date means the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Capital Contribution Date

Initial Capital Contribution Date means the date of the closing pursuant to the Equity Purchase Agreement, or, for Management Members, such other date as the Managing Members designate.
