Initial Cash definition

Initial Cash means the Debtor’s cash on hand immediately prior to the initial funding of the DIP Facility, as supplemented in accordance with the terms of the DIP Facility and as reduced by certain professional fee claims incurred by the Debtor prior to entry into the DIP Facility, as disclosed by the Debtor to the DIP Lender.
Initial Cash has the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
