Initial Charters definition

Initial Charters means any or all of them;
Initial Charters means either or both of them;
Initial Charters means, together, the Q Jake Initial Charter, Q Ioanari Initial Charter, the Q Arion Initial Charter and Q Xxxx Initial Charter and “Initial Charter” means any one of them;

Examples of Initial Charters in a sentence

More Definitions of Initial Charters

Initial Charters means, in respect of a Vessel, the time charter entered into between each Borrower and the relevant Initial Charterer evidenced by a recap dated 14 November 2013 in respect of Vessel A and 15 November 2013 in respect of Vessel B, with a period of duration between eleven (11) and thirteen (13) months commencing from the Delivery Date of each Vessel at a daily rate of hire equal at any given time to 102.75% of the average of the four time charter routes as published by the Baltic Capesize Index and otherwise on the terms and conditions to be contained therein and "Initial Charter" means either one of them.

Related to Initial Charters

  • CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.

  • Certificate of Coverage means a written certification provided by any source that offers medical care coverage, including the Plan, for the purpose of confirming the duration and type of an individual’s previous coverage.

  • Certificate of inspection means an unsworn statement,

  • Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Parent Charter means the Certificate of Incorporation of Parent, as from time to time amended.

  • Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Company Charter means the certificate of incorporation of the Company, as amended.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
