Initial Class Balance definition

Initial Class Balance means the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2a Note Balance, the Initial Class A-2b Note Balance, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance or the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance, as applicable.
Initial Class Balance. As to each Class of Certificates (other than the Exchangeable Certificates and the Interest Only Certificates), the Class Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement. The Interest Only Certificates have no Initial Class Balance.
