Initial Class C Member definition

Initial Class C Member means Softline Consultants & Integrators, Inc., a California corporation, an Affiliate of the Initial Class B Member.
Initial Class C Member means LB3 Services, a Texas general partnership, for so long as LB3 Services is a Class C Member.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.
