Initial Collateral Assets definition

Initial Collateral Assets means, the list of Collateral Assets delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date.

Initial Collateral Assets means any Eligible Collateral delivered to the Custodian on the Issue Date as Collateral Assets in accordance with the Charged Agreement(s);
