Initial Committee definition

Initial Committee. The Architectural Committee ("Committee") shall initially consist of three (3) members. Declarant shall appoint all of the original members of the Committee and all replacements until the tenth (10th) anniversary of commencement of Regular Assessments. After the tenth (10th) anniversary of commencement of Regular Assessments, the terms of the members of the Committee appointed by Declarant shall terminate.

Related to Initial Committee

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Listing Committee means the listing sub-committee of the board of directors of the Stock Exchange;

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
