Initial Equipment definition

Initial Equipment means the Equipment transferred to the Trust on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Initial Equipment

Initial Equipment means Equipment for which the sum of the aggregate Purchase Price of such Equipment and the amounts advanced to the Purchaser under the Secured Promissory Notes is equal to less than three million and 00/000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dollars ($3,000,000).
