Examples of Initial Extension Period in a sentence
Each holder has a right (the "Initial Extension Right") at the end of the Initial Maturity Date to extend the Bond for another 12 months (the "Initial Extension Period") by giving written notice to that effect to the Company no later than sixty (60) days prior to the Initial Maturity Date.
Any holder that has elected to exercise its Initial Extension Right will also have a further right at the end of the Initial Extension Period to extend its Bond for another 12 months (the “Second Extension Period”) under the same notice conditions as stated in the Initial Extension.
Tenant's exercise of its right to extend the Term for the Initial Extension Period, as herein provided, shall be a condition precedent for Tenant's right to extend the Term for the Second Extension Period.
Landlord and Tenant each desire to execute this Amendment to confirm the extension of the Term of the Lease for the Initial Extension Period on the terms and conditions herein provided.
It shall be a further condition of Tenant's right to exercise the Term for the Initial Extension Period that Tenant shall have exercised its right to extend the "Initial Extension Period" under the 2004 Lease Fifth Amendment; and it shall be a further condition of Tenant's right to exercise the Term for the Second Extension Period that Tenant shall have exercised its right to extend the "Second Extension Period" under the 2004 Lease Fifth Amendment.
The first two extensions would be for two (2) successive periods of thirty (30) days ("Initial Extension Period"); provided that Developer delivers a written request for such extension prior to expiration of the Negotiating Period or applicable Extension Period, and provided further that Developer is not then in default under this Agreement.
There will be no escalation of the rental rate during the Initial Term of this Contract and any Initial Extension Period.
Within thirty (30) days after receipt of Tenant’s notice of exercise, Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of Landlord’s estimate of the Base Monthly Rent for the Initial Extension Period, based on the provisions of Paragraph 15.2 above.
In addition, Seller may terminate this Agreement upon (a) notice to Purchaser given at any time during the Initial Extension Period and (b) payment to Purchaser of a fee in an amount equal to Purchaser's actual documented out-of-pocket due diligence costs incurred in connection with Purchaser's due diligence investigations of the Property, not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) (the "Reimbursement").
This additional period shall be referred to as the "Initial Extension Period." The lease period may be extended beyond two hundred forty (240) calendar months only by the mutual agreement of LESSOR and LESSEE and upon such terms, conditions, and rental rate as the parties will see fit to adopt.
