Initial Funding 2 Share means the share of Funding 2 in the Trust Property on the Funding 2 Programme Date being an amount equal to (GBP)100;
Initial Funding 2 Share means the share of Funding 2 in the Trust Property on the Programme Date, being an amount equal to £5,411,550,100; Initial Funding 2 Share Percentage means the percentage share of Funding 2 in the Trust Property on the Programme Date, being 11.76%;
Initial Funding 2 Share of the Trust Property shall, following the sale and assignment by the Seller of part of the Seller Share of the Trust Property to Funding 2 in accordance with the Seller Share Assignment Agreement, be (GBP)
