Examples of Initial Independent Managers in a sentence

  • No appointment of successor Independent Managers shall be effective until such successors (a) shall have accepted their appointment as Independent Managers by a written instrument (other than the Initial Independent Managers, who, by their execution hereof, have accepted such appointment) and (b) shall have executed a counterpart of this Agreement.
