No later than fifteen days after the Initial Mailing Date, Class Counsel shall file a motion requesting that the Court grant final approval of the Settlement Agreement, including payment of attorneys’ fees and expenses, and enter final judgment as to Defendant in the Action.
If a Member of a Settlement Class wishes to have the Court consider such Member’s written statement objecting to the Settlement, the person (i) must not have excluded himself or herself from the Settlement Classes and (ii) must file with the Court and mail a copy of the written objection along with any supporting documentation that the person wishes the Court to consider to the Settlement Administrator, Class Counsel, and Defense Counsel by no later than thirty (30) days after the Initial Mailing Date.
