Alternative method means any method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant that is not a reference or equivalent method but that has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the commissioner and the U.S. EPA to, in specific cases, produce results adequate for a determination of compliance.
Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.
Licensed Method means any method that is covered by Patent Rights the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement of any pending or issued and unexpired claim within Patent Rights.
Actuarial method means the method of allocating a fixed level monthly payment on an obligation between principal and interest, pursuant to which the portion of such payment that is allocated to interest is equal to the product of (a) 1/12, (b) the fixed annual rate of interest on such obligation and (c) the outstanding principal balance of such obligation.
Standard Methods means the examination and analytical procedures set forth in the most recent edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater" published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Pollution Control Federation.
Investment Election means an election, made in such form as the Administrative Committee may direct, pursuant to which a Participant may elect the Investment Funds in which the amounts credited to his Account will be deemed to be invested.
Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Modular building retailer means any person who purchases or acquires a modular building from a
ADP means Automatic Data Processing.
ACP means the "Actual Contribution Percentage" determined pursuant to Section 12.6(d).
Adoption Agreement means the written agreement pursuant to which the Employer adopts the Plan. The Adoption Agreement is a part of the Plan as applied to the Employer.
Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.
Procurement Methods means any one of the procurement modes / methods as provided in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 published by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Government of Punjab, as amended from time to time.
Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:
Authorized Allocation means an amount equivalent to $500,000 to be withdrawn from the Credit Account and deposited into the Special Account pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of this Schedule.
Simple Interest Method means the method of allocating a fixed level payment to principal and interest, pursuant to which the portion of such payment that is allocated to interest is equal to the product of the fixed rate of interest multiplied by the unpaid principal balance multiplied by the period of time elapsed since the preceding payment of interest was made and the remainder of such payment is allocable to principal.
Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.
Testing laboratory means a laboratory, facility, or entity in the state that offers or performs tests of cannabis or cannabis products and that is both of the following:
Balance Computation Method We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day. Compounding and Crediting: Interest is compounded daily and calculated on a 365/366 day basis. Interest is credited on a monthly basis.
Tier 1 Help Desk means Customer's point of contact(s) to provide all Tier 1 Support within Customer's organization(s).
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.
Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.
Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.
Payment Method means a payment method that Stripe accepts as part of the Stripe Payments Services (e.g., a Visa credit card, Klarna).
Settlement Method means, with respect to any conversion of Notes, Physical Settlement, Cash Settlement or Combination Settlement, as elected (or deemed to have been elected) by the Company.
