Initial Origination Fee definition

Initial Origination Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.03(a).
Initial Origination Fee is defined in Section 2.02(b)(i)(B).
Initial Origination Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(a) of the Agreement.

  • The Borrower shall pay the Initial Origination Fee on the date of this Agreement.
