Initial Periodic Distribution Rate definition

Initial Periodic Distribution Rate has the meaning given to it in Condition 7.4(a) (Periodic Distribution Rate);
Initial Periodic Distribution Rate means the initial periodic distribution rate per annum specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement;
Initial Periodic Distribution Rate means the rate specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement;

Examples of Initial Periodic Distribution Rate in a sentence

  • The Periodic Distribution Amount payable on each Periodic Distribution Date (a) falling prior to and including the first Reset Date shall be equal to the product of: (A) the Initial Periodic Distribution Rate; and (B) the Prevailing Face Amount of the Certificates then outstanding and (b) falling after the first Reset Date shall be the relevant amount calculated pursuant to Condition 7.4.
