Initial Price Offer definition

Initial Price Offer means [per cent of Value of Mineral Despatched] submitted by the bidder in the first round of auction, and is equal to or greater than the reserve price.
Initial Price Offer means the price offer required to be submitted by a Bidder as part of the Financial Bid and which shall be at or below the Ceiling Price in accordance with Clause 7.2;
Initial Price Offer means the Composite Mining Fee submitted by the bidder along with their Qualification Proposal as a part of Bid which shall be equal to or less than the Upper Ceiling Percentage

More Definitions of Initial Price Offer

Initial Price Offer means the price quoted by the bidder above the floor price described in Section 10.10.2
Initial Price Offer means the share of Gross Revenue (estimated by the Bidder for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2025) offered by the Bidder to pay to HBL for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2025. Provided that, the quoted Initial Price Offer shall be higher than INR 52,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Two Crores Only).
Initial Price Offer means the price per tonne of coal extracted, required to be submitted as part of the Financial Bid and which must be above the Floor Price in accordance with Clause 3.3.2.(a).

  • VWAP Purchase Price means the lesser of (i) the Closing Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date; or (ii) ninety-seven percent (97%) of volume weighted average price for the Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on (A) the VWAP Purchase Date if the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market on the VWAP Purchase Date have not exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum and the Sale Price of Common Stock has not fallen below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction), or (B) the portion of the VWAP Purchase Date until such time as the sooner to occur of (1) the time at which the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market has exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum, or (2) the time at which the Sale Price of Common Stock falls below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Price in respect of such day.

  • Initial Reference Price means the official closing price of the Underlying Share on Strike Date.

  • Maximum Purchase Price has the meaning assigned to the term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • VWAP Purchase Share Percentage means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof, the percentage set forth in the VWAP Purchase Notice which the Buyer will be required to buy as a specified percentage of the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours up to the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum on the VWAP Purchase Date subject to Section 1(c) hereof but in no event shall this percentage exceed thirty percent (30%) of such VWAP Purchase Date’s share trading volume of the Common Stock on the Principal Market during normal trading hours.
