On December 31st of each Plan Year and immediately prior to the distribution of any benefits and subsequent to any awards, the Phantom Stock Appreciation Rights Account value is determined by the Current Adjusted Price Per Share in excess of the Initial Price Per Share multiplied by the number of awards in Article 2.
