Initial Product definition

Initial Product means hylan gel-fluid 20 (hylax X-X 00) Synvisc currently approved as a device with a CE mark xxx the intra-articular treatment by viscosupplementation of osteoarthritis of the knee, to be supplied in pre-filled syringes packaged ready for use, complying with Product Approvals in the Territory as a device.

Initial Product means the Initial Formulation as indicated for the Indication(s) that, as of the Effective Date, is (are) the subject of the Initial Product NDA.

Initial Product means a pharmaceutical product consisting of the Initial Antibody.

More Definitions of Initial Product
