Initial Ratio definition

Initial Ratio means the Initial Ratio as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Initial Ratio means the Initial Ratio as calculated by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Initial Ratio in a sentence

  • If the date for redemption occurs prior to the first Interest Payment Date, a pro rata proportion of an amount equal to the product of the Initial Ratio Amount multiplied by DIR(T)/DIR(0) shall be added to the relevant Interest Amount (in respect of the period from and including the Interest Commencement Date to but excluding the date of redemption of the Notes) (such sum shall be rounded (if necessary) to the nearest euro cent with half a euro cent being rounded upwards).

  • Initial Rate means each rate of interest to be paid in an Initial Period as set forth in the Certificate.

  • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured. PR= (Measured output in kW / Installed Plant capacity in kW * (1000 W/m2/Measured radiation intensity in W/m2).
