Initial Reporting Period definition

Initial Reporting Period means any Reporting Period in the first Franchisee Year to the first Reporting Period of the second Franchisee Year inclusive;
Initial Reporting Period means a calendar quarter (or three month period), except the first Initial Reporting Period shall begin on December 16, 2020, and the last Initial Reporting Period shall begin on June 16, 2022 and end on September 16, 2022.
Initial Reporting Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in SECTION 2.1 hereof.

Examples of Initial Reporting Period in a sentence

  • The Cumulative Effect as approved by the Governance Committee will determine the mitigation measures that will be undertaken by Colorado during the Initial Reporting Period.

  • The Initial Reporting Period will be two years from the initiation of a Program (approximately five years from the effective date of the Cooperative Agreement).

  • Such Initial Royalty payments will be made for a given Initial Reporting Period within seventy-five (75) days of the end of each calendar quarter containing the applicable Initial Reporting Period; provided that, for Net Sales in the Territory made during the Initial Reporting Period from [***] through [***], the Initial Royalty shall be payable at the same time as the Initial Royalty payable for the Reporting Period from [***] to [***].

  • At the end of the Initial Reporting Period, and at the end of each Subsequent Reporting Period, Colorado will report to the Governance Committee for its review and approval any adjustments in the Population Increase and in the Cumulative Effect for that period.
