Initial Research Budget definition

Initial Research Budget means the budget for the Initial Research Program as set forth in the MOU.
Initial Research Budget means the budget for the Initial Research Program as set forth in the R&O Agreement.

  • The Initial Research shall be performed at the Institute and certain hospitals and medical institutes as set forth in the Initial Research Program, and within the framework of the Initial Research Budget.

  • If, at any time after the Effective Date, the Initial Research Plan or the Initial Research Budget is updated or amended pursuant to Section 2.2.3, [***] shall bear all Research Costs under such updated or amended Initial Research Plan or Initial Research Budget that exceed [***] attached hereto as Schedule 1.81 (“Excess Research Costs”).

  • Such variations approved by the parties in writing shall constitute amendments to the Initial Research Program and/or in the Initial Research Budget, as applicable.

  • The Initial Research Plan and Initial Research Budget are hereby deemed approved by the JSC (or Parties, as applicable).

  • Any modifications to the Initial Research Budget and any subsequent Research Budgets, including budgets for research activities to be conducted after such [***] period shall be agreed by the Committee in accordance with Section 2.3.2.

  • The Initial Research Budget with regard to the Initial Clinical Research shall consist of one eighteen (18) month period, and payments for the performance of the Initial Research Budget shall be made for each three (3) month period in advance.
