Initial Residential Leased Land means the
Initial Residential Leased Land means the portion of the Initial Leased Tract located outside the FERC Project Area that is leased only for single-family residential purposes as of the date the Restrictions are recorded in the applicable county records. The term does not include land that is subject to a commercial lease that may be subleased for residential purposes.
