Initial Revolving Exposure definition

Initial Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Initial Revolving Lender at any time, the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Initial Revolving Loans at such time.
Initial Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Initial Revolving Lender at any time, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the outstanding principal amount of the Initial Revolving Loans of such Initial Revolving Lender attributable to its Initial Revolving Commitment, (b) the LC Exposure of such Initial Revolving Lender attributable to its Initial Revolving Commitment and (c) the Swingline Exposure of such Initial Revolving Lender attributable to its Initial Revolving Commitment, in each case at such time.
Initial Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Initial Revolving Lender at any time, the sum of the Dollar Equivalent of (a) the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Initial Revolving Loans and LC Exposure at such time, plus (b) an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans outstanding at such time, plus (c) an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Protective Advances outstanding at such time, plus (d) an amount equal to its Applicable Percentage of the aggregate principal amount of Overadvances outstanding at such time.

More Definitions of Initial Revolving Exposure

Initial Revolving Exposure means, at any time, with respect to any Initial Revolving Credit Lender, the sum of (a) the Outstanding Amount of the Initial Revolving Credit Loans of such Lender at such time, (b) the L/C Exposure of such Lender at such time and (c) such Lender’s (including the Swingline Lender’s) Applicable Percentage of the Outstanding Amount of all Swingline Loans at such time.

  • Total Revolving Exposure means, as to any Revolving Lender at any time, the unused Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Revolving Lender at such time.

For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the International Standard Practices, International Chamber of Commerce No. 590, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn. Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Revolving Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Revolving Lender, as of any date of determination (a) prior to the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the amount of such Lender’s Revolver Commitment, and (b) after the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans of such Lender.
