Initial Second Priority Security Agreement definition
Initial Second Priority Security Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Initial Second Priority Security Agreement means the [“Security Agreement”] as defined in the Initial Second Lien Indenture and any other documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any Initial Second-Priority Obligations, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.
Initial Second Priority Security Agreement means the “[Security Agreement]” as defined in the Initial Second Priority Debt Documents.

Initial Second Priority Security Agreement means that certain Pledge and Security Agreement dated as of August 1, 2013, among the Company, the other Grantors party thereto and Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, and which constitutes a Parity Lien Security Document (as defined in the Initial Second Priority Indenture), as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in each case in compliance with this Agreement.
