Initial Specification definition
Initial Specification means the version of the Specification that is adopted by the Initial Licensors as described in Section 2.
Initial Specification means the description or specification of a computer program, process, method, or other item which is called for under the terms of the Statement of Work, but which has not yet been specified in full as of the Execution Date of the Agreement.
Initial Specification means v1.0 of the Publicly Licensed Specification.

This License applies to Initial Specifications that have been adopted and promulgated by the Initial Licensors, by publicly stating that they have agreed to make the Initial Specification available under the terms of this License.
