Initial Stub Period means the period of time commencing on (and ------------------- including) the Closing Date and ending on (and including) the first Bond Payment Date occurring after the Closing Date.
Initial Stub Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(c)(iii).

Examples of Initial Stub Period in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the Initial Stub Period, the Manager shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable, prepare and present to the Oversight Committee the Manager’s proposed annual plan for such Initial Stub Period with the exception of the items listed in subsections (ii), (iii) and (iv) of this subsection 4.10(e).

  • For the Initial Stub Period, the price to be invoiced by UBI for Product purchased during such Initial Stub Period shall be based on the total volume forecasted for the Initial Stub Period.
